Redesigned to higher specification, this latest version of the popular carp travel rod is now lighter, stiffer and considerably thinner. Packing down to suitcase size pieces it affords the serious holiday specimen hunter a trouble free opportunity to get through airport check ins without the usual cumbersome problems of long rod sections and ski flight protection tubes.

Available in two test curves 2.75lb and 3lb both can be assembled to 12' to suit all situations, home and abroad. The AX is fitted with minimal reel seat and duplon front and rear grips - with Shimano Lite rings - both models look exceptionally "carpy".
