Hardy Conquest Centrepins

The new Conquest heralds the return of centrepin making for Hardy.  There are two superb models (4 inch or 4.5 inch) of the Conquest, both available in either a silver or black hard anodised finish. This groundbreaking new reel is made from the highest quality bar stock aluminium, with a unique multi-handle and a double-ratchet mechanism. 

Designed around a gyroscopic inertia principle also makes the Conquest perfectly free running. A super smooth running reel, with incredible lightness due to the beautifully perforated bodies. These reels can handle everything from running light stick floats down slow moving rivers, to controlling big, fast water river floats like chubbers and Avons. They won't be out of place on stillwaters either, where these classic centrepins are ideal for close range tench, bream and carp tactics. Designed to match perfectly with Marksman rods.
