We will always try to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.

Orders (for stock items) received before 1pm, we will ship using our usual carrier for delivery within 2/3 working days. Most orders are shipped same day, for 24hr (next working day) delivery. Orders received after 1pm will be sent out the following day using the same method.

For items that are temporarily out of stock we will notify you as soon as we can and hold your items on back-order. By default we will wait for the full order to be in stock before shipping, however, if requested we will ship items separately at no extra cost. As soon as items arrive into stock they will be despatched.

Whichever delivery method is selected, a signature will be required on receipt of your goods. You should sign for goods 'unchecked' unless you are able to thoroughly examine them before signing.

We will always try to pass on any delivery instructions to carriers, but they will have their own policy on leaving goods with neighbours, for example, and a signature will be required in any event.
