These have to be the best shelters on the market for the price. ------------------------------------------------------------ The 1 man shelter is 2 rib in design and the 2 man is 3 rib. Both are made using a lightweight bar material that has a 4 spigot joint system, meaning that it can be erected in double quick time. The cover for the shelter is manufactured using the latest 5000mm Hydro-stat head fabric, meaning that they are totally sealed and waterproof from the elements. Configuration on the 1 man shelter couldn`t be simpler; the front of the shelter has a 3 way roll up system, meaning that the door or either of the side panels can be rolled up to provide easy viewing of the lake or simple zip the whole thing out and use it as a brolly system. The 2 man system has the 3 way roll-up same as the 1 man but it doesn`t have the zip out front. Both of the shelters in this range come with the following extras; tension bars to provide extra stability, lightweight groundsheet and heavy duty pegs! - Compact highly portable system. - 3 x 16 mm swaged joint Aluminium 5 section poles. - Tough 5000 mm H.H. 210D Oxford nylon fabric. - Tape sealed seams. - Reinforced PVC coated nylon. - Bar stitched reinforced pegging points. - Multi position zip door supplied with PVC window and mosquito mesh panel. - Supplied with detachable lightweight groundsheet. - Front panels will roll and clip back to fully expose front. - Fully zipped door panel. We charge you for delivery what it costs us. Delivery charges are shown in your Basket and depend on the weight & length of the goods you order and where your delivery address is located. We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, UPS and on some occasions Parcel Force. Small items can usually fit through your letter box, larger more expensive items may need a signature. When we despatch orders we will inform you via email. On-line tracking is available where possible.


If you do not receive your delivery in the expected time frame please let us know as soon as possible. Parcels are usually delivered within 10 days and if they are not received within 15 days we will send the goods again. It is important that you inform us as soon as you can so we can track the delivery and try to find it quickly.


Your statutory rights are laid out in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, and nothing in this explanation is intended to alter your statutory rights. In brief, you have the right to cancel your order at any time from point of order until 7 days after the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right you need to contact us using our contact form or by post at the address shown on the contact us page. We will then instruct you as to how to return the goods or arrange a collection. You have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods and we request that you return them along with the original packaging.


If your goods are damaged in transit to you, sign for them as ‘damaged’ with the carrier and notify us immediately, as we have a limited time window to claim against the carrier.


In the event of goods being found to be faulty, please contact us and we will advise on their return and replacement under the manufacturer’s guarantee. Sometimes we will arrange for them to be collected from you and taken straight to the supplier for their attention.


Any goods ordered during December as Christmas gifts may be returned up until 10th January following.
