Just to let you know, I have now received a replacement no. 5 section for my Maver 301 pole. It has arrived in first class condition. The currier has taken the faulty section for return… Can I just say, yet again the whole experience of buying online from Ted Carter has been outstanding. I have phoned or been contacted on a number of occasions to rectify this fault and on every occasion staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful, which is not the norm these days – top marks!

I searched all over the internet trying to find an identical model Maver rod to the one already own. The only place advertising the rod was Ted Carters web site. I placed the ordered but was later informed the rod had been discontinued. But thanks to Mr David Preston of Ted Carters who worked behind the scenes he contacted Mavers and had the rod made up for me. This to me was beyond all my expectations of customer service. In my opinion their dispatch & delivery information and their service is second to none. Top marks to all the staff and thanks again from a very grateful and satisfied first time customer.
